ABOUT THE PROJECT
AICC explores how Artificial Intelligence can become a meaningful partner in teaching and learning, supporting teachers, strengthening students’ AI literacy, fostering creativity and dialogue, and making learning more inclusive.
Over 24 months, partners from Greece, Finland, Spain and Poland are experimenting with practical ways of integrating AI into real educational settings through teacher training, student activities, co-creation and transnational exchange.
Planning, materials and responsible classroom use
Art, music, design thinking and problem-solving
Personalisation, accessibility and inclusion
Critical thinking, storytelling and communication
AI is already entering classrooms, but access to the technology does not automatically lead to meaningful learning.
Teachers need practical ways to integrate AI into their work, while students need opportunities to understand how AI works, question its outputs and use it responsibly.
AICC responds to this need by treating AI not simply as a tool for automation, but as something that can support dialogue, creativity, problem-solving and more inclusive learning.
Teachers
Primary and secondary educators, including ICT and special education teachers, who want practical experience with AI-enhanced teaching.
Students
Learners aged 6–16 who need opportunities to develop AI literacy, critical thinking, creativity and responsible digital practices.
Schools and educational communities
Organisations looking for tested approaches and reusable resources for integrating AI into real classroom practice.
Our consortium brings together three diverse schools from Finland, Poland, and Spain, alongside Nexus Innovation from Greece. Each partner contributes unique expertise and educational contexts, ensuring a rich, collaborative exploration of Artificial Intelligence in teaching, creativity, and inclusion across Europe.

Nexus Innovation coordinates the project, developing AI tools, the website, and handbook. It leads training, workshops, and dissemination, empowering teachers and students to integrate AI, inclusion, and creativity in education.

Normaalikoulu leads the “AI and Creativity” activity, exploring AI in art, music, and innovation. It co-designs digital tools with partners and advances AI education, accessibility, and responsible classroom use.

CEIP Francisca Romero hosts the “AI in Special Education” activity, focusing on inclusive, AI-assisted learning. The school promotes responsible AI use, teacher training, and family engagement to support neurodiverse learners.

Piątka School leads the “AI as Dialogue for Students” activity, exploring AI storytelling and communication. It develops AI-assisted teaching strategies, supports bilingual and neurodiverse learning, and promotes creative education.
Our team combines expertise from different educational domains to inspire creativity and learning.
We believe meaningful learning happens when people connect, explore and create together. NEXUS brings people, places and ideas together to experiment, learn from one another and turn real-world challenges into opportunities for learning and action.
