The RoboHopes teams from the Nexus STEM Robotics program in Amyntaio, guided by educator Mr. Kostas Papagiannis, achieved important distinctions at the 11th Regional Educational Robotics – STEM Competition of Western Macedonia, held in Kozani on 8 March 2025 under the theme “Can We Survive on Mars?”
Competing among teams from primary and secondary schools across the region, the RoboHopes students impressed the judges with their creativity, teamwork, and technical skills.
Their achievements include:
- 1st Prize – RoboHopes-3 (Junior High School category)
- Award for Original Idea – RoboHopes-1
- Innovation Award – RoboHopes-3 (Primary category)
These distinctions highlight the consistent quality of the Nexus Robotics program and the commitment of its educators Kostas Papagiannis and Maria Pantopoulou, who inspire students to learn through experimentation, collaboration, and innovation.
